This supplement applies to Klyrova’s invoice-request and payment-request forms. The existing waitlist privacy notice and privacy-request form remain available.

Information collected

Name, company, business email, country, selected package, preferred payment method and privacy consent (plus project requirements on the invoice form) are collected to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. Do not submit card numbers, expiry dates, security codes, PINs or banking passwords.

Processing and retention

Cloudflare stores these submissions for the site owner. FormSubmit can send the owner an email alert containing only a request reference; your submitted details remain in private Cloudflare storage. Records should be retained only while needed for your inquiry and applicable recordkeeping requirements; the owner must finalize retention and controller contact details before collecting real billing inquiries.

Your choices

Use the existing privacy-request form to request access or removal, choosing “Other privacy question” and using the same email. A request may require verification. An inquiry does not create a customer account, authorize payment or subscribe you to maintenance.

Demonstration checkout

The demo checkout keeps entered sample details only in page memory. It has no live card processor, stores no card details, and sends no billing data to a payment provider. Future provider processing requires an updated privacy notice and merchant approval.
